The program will take over all of the CM & PM written deliverable responsibilities and paperwork, including but not limited to:
 

• Prepare, submit and track all submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Estimates and RFPs

• Estimate drawings with agreed upon unit cost (site visit available separately)

• Review drawing sets for changes and alert you to any risk

• Identify long lead items and track progress

• Identify shop drawings needed and track progress

• Prepare monthly requisitions/Pay Apps

• Utilize Project Management software (Procore / Autodesk)

• Track insurance

• Review contracts and suggest changes

• Prepare schedules and update as needed; incl tracking delays and milestones

• Prepare monthly reports

• Prepare bid proposals and scope identification incl exclusions, and cover sheets

• Track field directions given via email for creation of change orders

• Manage subcontractor’s buy-out, review of their contract and scope
